Iluka Home – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or agreed booking form.

Full payment is required to secure your booking. We do not hold dates without payment.

Prices are listed for 4-hour or 8-hour hire sessions and include access to all styled interior and outdoor spaces.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more before your booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability.
3. Property Use & Conduct

Iluka is a private home—please treat the space with care and respect.

No smoking, illegal substances, or pets are allowed on the property.

Only the agreed number of people may be on-site during the session. If your team size changes, please notify us in advance.
4. Styling & Furniture Movement
-
Light styling changes are welcome. All furniture and decor must be returned to their original positions before the end of your booking.

Any damage, breakage, or excessive cleaning required after your session will be invoiced accordingly.
5. Arrival & Departure

Please arrive and depart within your booked time slot. Early access or overtime may not be available and will incur additional charges.

Setup and pack-down must be included within your allocated time.
6. Parking & Access

Parking is available at the rear of the property or on the street out front.

Detailed access instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.
7. Content Usage

You are welcome to use all content captured during your session for personal, commercial, or brand use.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to your equipment while on-site.

You and your team enter the property at your own risk.
